Checking Individual Submissions on AutoProctor

There is ONLY ONE reason you aren't able to see Responses in Google Forms, and are able to see the Response on AutoProctor: the student has not clicked on the Purple Submit button. On AutoProctor, an Unsubmitted test is one where the user doesn't click on the Green Submit button at the top of the test. That is, the test taker has started the test, possibly seen the questions, but hasn't submitted the test. From the test report page on AutoProctor, you can export the results as an Excel file. From the Test Report page, you can always download an Excel file of the students' Test Summaries. This will give you information like when the student started the test, when they ended it, what their Trust Score was, etc. If you want a more detailed Test Report, you can download the Consolidated Report. Say you have created a test and students have attempted it. You can log in with your account and see the test results. Now, you want to allow other users (say, other teachers in your school) to see the results too. There is a simple way to do this if you are using Google Forms. Share the link of the Google Form with whomever you want to grant access to. Ask them to open the Timer + Proctor add-on from within the Google Form. As mentioned in our instructions, the student needs to click on 2 Submit buttons for you to see the results on the AutoProctor site. The Purple Submit button at the bottom is for the answers to go into the Responses Section on a Google Form. The Green Submit button is for the results to get updated on AutoProctor. Random photos are taken at random times throughout the test. For example, if a test has a duration of 05:00 minutes, the system may decide to take 3 photos at 02:00, 04:15 and 04:45.
