What is a Team?
A Team is a set of different users (email IDs) that are linked to the same billing account. The main advantage of a Team is that multiple users can share the same plan and billing. Cancelling your subscription
Cancelling your AutoProctor is very simple, just 3 clicks!

From your dashboard, click on the Billing link on the left sidebar
If you have an active subscription, you will see a Manage Subscription button in the Plan Details section

Possible Reasons
Let's say you made a subscription or top up purchase. But, when you try to access your account, you don't see your account updated. There are three possible reasons why this may happen. In decreasing order of likelihood
Logged in to different account
This is the most likely reason. Say you bought the packs using abc@gmail.comand are now logged in with xyz@school.com. You will not be able to see your purchase reflected. To check if this is the case, visit theFew readersInvoices for payments
Invoice Emails and Downloads
As discussed in Payments Explained, on AutoProctor you pay on:
Subscription creation and renewal
Purchasing credits
For each successful payment, you are automatically emailed a copy of the invoice and receipt. (If you are part of a team, the person who made the first purchase receives the email.)

Test Attempt (Credit) Usage
Our Payments Explained Page explains how test attempts (credits) are added to your account—(i) via a subscription creation or renewal; or (ii) by topping up your subscription. Once the credits have been added, they are deducted as your candidates attempt the test. AutoProctor makes it easy for you to track these deductions.
