Subscriptions

Once you successfully pay for an AutoProctor subscription, an invoice and payment receipt are automatically generated and emailed to you. When the subscription renews successfully at the end of your billing cycle, the invoice and payment receipt are emailed too.

If you are a Premium subscriber, please check with your team member who made the payment. The person who makes the payment will receive the invoice in their inbox.

Top-ups

Invoices are also generated for top-ups. We email you payment receipts and invoices for top-ups.

How to access invoices for payments?

If you cannot find the invoice in either your inbox or spam folder, you can download it from your account.

From your dashboard, go to the Billing section. You will see a list of all your transactions with links to invoices and payment receipts.
