FAQs

What happens after you click the Cancel plan button?
Let's say you had an active monthly subscription that was due to renew on 10th March. You cancelled your subscription on 5th March. Your account will actually remain active until 10th March, the subscription is scheduled to cancel only on 10th March. So, you and your candidates can continue to use AutoProctor until 10th March. You can even top up your account until then.

What happens after the subscription is actually cancelled?
Read Qs 11-13 on our Pricing Page Your subscription status changes to Expired. With an Expired subscription, your candidates cannot attempt new tests. You cannot see all the results of existing tests. Also, once the subscription gets cancelled, your credits (test attempt) balance is reset to 0 (if you have a positive balance).

Are my tests retained?
Yes. The tests you have created and their settings are not deleted. You won't be able to access all the results of the tests though.

Can I renew my subscription after it is cancelled?
Technically, you cannot renew it—you will create a new subscription. But for all practical purposes, yes. You can resume using your account.

My subscription is scheduled to be cancelled. Can I undo this and resume the subscription?
Yes. You can follow the same steps listed above to Manage your subscription and cancel what is scheduled.
