Test Attempt (Credit) Usage

Our Payments Explained Page explains how test attempts (credits) are added to your account—(i) via a subscription creation or renewal; or (ii) by topping up your subscription. Once the credits have been added, they are deducted as your candidates attempt the test. AutoProctor makes it easy for you to track these deductions.



You can click on the Usage tab as shown in the screenshot above, or click on this link directly. You will see a table like the one below. You can see how many credits (number of attempts) were used for each test. If you click on the Test Title, it will open the results of the test and you should be able to see all the results.



If a test has been shared with multiple test administrators, only the primary admin (test creator) will see it listed on their Usage page.

### Team Usage

The Usage link shows how the tests of only the logged in user. If the user is part of a Team, they can see the usage of other members of the team too. For this, they can click on the Team Usage button (see the top right of the image above). They will then see a table that shows all members of the team and the total number of credits each member has used up. If you click on any of the links, you can see the individual member's usage.
