Instructions Page for Candidates
Help candidates understand AutoProctor before they start the test
The instructions page explains to candidates how AutoProctor works, what proctoring features are enabled, and what candidates should expect during their test-taking experience. Candidates are also shown a demo test they can take, which allows them to make sure their device and browser are compatible with AutoProctor. If they are supposed to change their browser or device, they will know when they take the demo test. The sections of the instructions page change based on the settings on the test.

Enabling the Instructions Page
The instructions page is enabled on all your tests. The candidate is taken to the instructions page immediately after they click on the test link. This page cannot be disabled.
Adding Additional Instructions
You can add your own instructions in addition to the instructions we display. You will find the option to do this in the Advanced Settings section of the settings of the test. You can add a maximum of 200 words as additional instructions. This feature is available on the Elite plan
